Vessel Details

21m Oyster 675 Sailing Yacht. Mixed-use program (private and light charter). High-maintenance offshore-capable yacht with a solid budget. Currently in the UK (on the hard), returning to Palma. Planned itinerary: Med 2026, ARC crossing Nov 2026, Caribbean 2026/27, Azores return May 2027, and Med season summer 2027.

Responsibilities

Captain/Engineer:

• Oversee safe vessel operation, maintenance, and engineering

• Prepare yacht for offshore passages

• Handle itinerary planning and guest relations

• Manage charter trips and ensure high operational standards

Chef/First Mate/Stew:

• Provide excellent guest service and deliver high-quality cuisine

• Handle deck duties including solo watches and sailing support

• Manage galley, provisioning, and assist with guest readiness

• Balance hospitality and seamanship across private and charter use

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience on similar-sized vessels

• Captain: strong engineering knowledge and offshore sailing experience

• Chef/Stew: confident sailor, experienced with cooking and service

• Both: professional, organized, adaptable, and guest-friendly

• STCW, ENG1, and relevant qualifications required
