Vessel Details

37m Vitters carbon sloop. Private program with long-term owners and a two-year world cruising itinerary. Family-oriented with a nanny joining during children’s visits. Crew of 5–6, many with long-term tenure. Strong team dynamic where everyone helps across roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the interior operations with professionalism and reliability

• Organise and maintain service, housekeeping, and guest areas

• Collaborate with the nanny during family trips

• Support overall onboard operations and assist on deck when possible

Requirements

• Chief Stew experience, ideally on sailing yachts

• Strong organisational and service skills

• Easy-going, team-oriented, and hands-on attitude

• STCW and ENG1 in date

• Sailing interest or experience is a plus
