Location Mediterranean (initial launch and cruising)

Vessel Details 40m new build private/charter sailing yacht with hybrid electric propulsion. Launch scheduled for mid-April 2026. Private use during the first season, with limited charter planned the following year. Long-term itinerary includes extended global cruising.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all engineering systems on a hybrid electric yacht

• Assist with new build commissioning and sea trials

• Maintain maintenance logs and ensure system reliability

• Collaborate with small professional crew to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• AEC 1 & 2

• Valid ENG1 and STCW

• Preferably trade-trained with electrical focus

• Previous experience on similar-sized sailing yachts preferred
