Position: Deckhand – 42m J-Class
Start Date: December trial- Full time January
Location: Malta
Salary: DOE
Leave: Standard
Open to Male & Female candidates
Contract Type: Permanent
Qualification Required: Yachtmaster Offshore
Experience: At least one season

The Yacht:
Private 42m Sailing Yacht
Itinerary: Eastern Mediterranean (Summer 2026) potential 1-2 regattas
Winter 2026 large refit- Palma

We are looking for a highly competent and motivated sailor with a strong deck background. Good work ethic, hands on approach and good knowledge of deck maintenance.

This yacht is a great environment to learn and progress in your deck career, with plenty of opportunity to build experience working with and learning from an experienced deck team.

Requirements
• Yachtmaster Offshore
• ENG1 (No restrictions) and STCW up to date.
• EU Passport
• Competent water-sports & tender driving skills
• Excellent sailing with racing background and seamanship skills
