Location: Puerto Rico (preferably close to USVI)

No South Africans as we are already a full crew of Saffas and looking for diversity.

Salary: DOE
Leave: 30 days
Contract: Permanent

Vessel Details

40m+ charter motor yacht
Based year-round in the Caribbean
Busy program with regular guest use

Responsibilities

Lead deck operations with minimal supervision
Maintain all exterior areas to high standards
Operate and manage large tenders (35ft+)
Support guest activities and watersports
Work closely with the Chief Officer and Captain

Requirements

YM 200 Offshore (in hand)
2–3 years of experience as Bosun or senior deckhand on vessels 40m+
Excellent large tender driving skills (35ft+)
Independent, hands-on, proactive attitude

Candidates near USVI strongly preferred
