Location Mediterranean (Sardinia, Sicily, Croatia, Montenegro; returning to Palma)

Salary €3,000/month

Leave End of August

Contract Seasonal (July–August)

Vessel Details 70’ private sailing yacht, UK-flagged. Family-oriented, no charter. Female captain. Owner enjoys driving the boat.

Responsibilities

• 80% deck duties, 20% light interior tasks
• Assist with sailing, mooring, and maintenance
• Occasional galley help during deliveries
• Support a small, hands-on crew team

Requirements

• STCW, ENG1
• PB2
• RYA Day Skipper or Coastal Skipper (YM Offshore a plus)
• Minimum one season of yachting experience
• Strong sailing knowledge and deck confidence
• Attention to detail and good attitude
• Fit, active, no smoking or drinking onboard
