Vessel Details Motor yachts (new and used), pleasure crafts, and client vessels under service and aftercare programs

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and recondition yachts to high standards

• Conduct pre-delivery inspections and testing

• Troubleshoot and diagnose faults, execute repairs

• Ensure vessels meet safety and quality standards before customer handover

• Work with sub-contractors on retrofitting and upgrades

• Travel for warranty/service work as required

• Liaise directly with clients, offering technical support and maintenance advice

• Participate in boat shows and internal safety/quality procedures

• Maintain accurate records of hours, materials, and job cards

Requirements

• Proven marine engineering experience with motor yachts or pleasure crafts

• Confident working independently and as part of a team

• Excellent troubleshooting and technical skills

• Customer-facing professionalism

• Full driving license

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
