Vessel Details 50m new build private and charter motor yacht. Busy Med-based program with 3 charters already booked for the summer. Fantastic American owners and a dynamic, supportive crew environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the interior team of 3

Oversee all aspects of guest service, housekeeping, and interior operations

Support crew training, recruitment, and development

Work closely with the Captain and other HODs to maintain high service standards

Requirements

Previous Chief Stewardess experience on 45–55m yachts

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Proven ability to manage, train, and motivate a small interior team

Fluent English, professional appearance, and guest-focused attitude
