Salary EUR 4,000–4,500 DOE

Leave 2:1 rotation

Vessel Details 100m+ private and charter motor yacht with a busy Med season ahead. The yacht operates with a dynamic and sociable crew culture and a heavy charter schedule.

Responsibilities

Lead the deck team and assist with all exterior operations

Supervise and participate in tender driving, maintenance, and water sports

Support Bosun and Chief Officer with training and deck management

Ensure deck operations run smoothly and professionally during guest trips

Requirements

Yachtmaster Offshore

B1/B2 visa

Previous experience as Lead Deckhand on a similar-sized yacht or Bosun on a smaller yacht

Sociable personality and a team-oriented approach

Strong leadership and mentoring skills
