40–45m new build charter motor yacht

Global cruising program – Med and Caribbean

Charter-focused operations

Responsibilities

Lead the vessel through the new build final stages

Manage all onboard operations, safety, and compliance

Oversee crew recruitment and performance

Deliver exceptional charter guest experience

Coordinate navigation and engineering functions in cooperation with senior crew

Requirements

• Master 500

• Strong new build and charter experience

• Proven leadership and yacht management skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
