Vessel Details 55m Private Motor Yacht operating between the Middle East and Europe
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the 2nd Chef to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
Prepare a wide variety of international dishes
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
Perform under pressure and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
Ensure smooth galley operations during busy guest periods
Requirements
Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Sole/Head Chef on 50m+ yachts or 2nd Chef on 60m+
Ship’s Cook Certificate
STCW (fully updated)
Security Awareness and PDSD
Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (min. 6 months validity)
Food & Hygiene Level 2 (minimum)
Seaman’s Discharge Book
