Location Dual season (80m+ MY initially, transferring to 100m+ new build in November)

Salary $10,000 USD per month

Leave 2:2 rotation

Vessel Details Private 80m+ motor yacht with a dual season program and an exciting itinerary. The role will transition to a 100m+ new build later in the year. Owners are known for being excellent to work with.

Responsibilities Lead and manage the interior department with excellence, ensuring top-level guest service. Oversee and mentor the interior team, coordinate with department heads, and set high standards for service, housekeeping, and team operations. Transition into the Interior Manager role on the 100m+ MY.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience as Chief Stewardess on 65m+ yachts

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Experience in both private and high-standard guest service operations

Ability to manage large teams and adapt between vessels
