Vessel Details 85m private yacht cruising the Mediterranean. This is a temporary assignment with dual responsibilities in guest watersports supervision and discreet personal security.

Responsibilities

Supervise and ensure safety of teen guests (ages 13–18) during watersports

Escort and safeguard the group during shore excursions and evening outings

Lead and assist with various watersports including jet skis, kayaks, paddle boards, windsurfers

Maintain a calm, professional and discreet demeanor at all times

Work closely with the crew and guests, including high-profile individuals

Requirements

Qualified watersports instructor with broad skill set

Experience in guest-facing watersports support

Police, military, or close protection background highly desirable

Fluent English speaker with excellent interpersonal skills

Discreet, polished, and confident in high-end environments
