Vessel Details 30m Wally sailing yacht with a Wajer-style tender (approx. 2 years old). The mothership is private and does not race. Based off the owner’s property in Sardinia for the summer.

Responsibilities

Operate the large tender confidently and safely

Assist with sailing-related support during day sails

Be available for guest and owner movements by water

General support of daily tender operations alongside the mothership

Requirements

Prior experience driving large tenders

Sailing knowledge and interest preferred

Confidence operating independently

Professional and punctual attitude
