Responsibilities

Lead deck operations and guest activities

Confident tender driving

Support in mooring, anchoring, and deck maintenance

Assist with water sports and toys setup

Maintain high presentation standards on deck

Requirements

Male candidate due to cabin arrangements

Previous experience as Lead Deckhand or Bosun on 60M+ yachts

STCW

ENG1

Yachtmaster

PWC license

B1/B2 visa advantageous

Additional certifications (e.g., PWC Instructor, Helideck Assistant, Crowd & Crisis Management) are a plus
