Responsibilities

Overseeing deck operations and bridge management

Navigation and watchkeeping

Supervising deck crew

ISM and safety compliance

Guest watersports and operations support

Requirements

Must have held Chief Officer position on similar-sized vessel

Extensive charter experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Male only due to cabin arrangements

Valid Chief Mate CoC and up-to-date STCW

Fluent English
