Vessel Details 20m new build motor catamaran operating as a private and charter vessel. Launched June 2025. Summer cruising in the Mediterranean, winter in the Caribbean. Heavy charter program expected. Galley setup responsibility and private cabin included.

Responsibilities

Provisioning and preparing diverse international cuisine

Catering to guests and crew with dietary requirements and allergies

Setting up and organizing the galley for operational efficiency

Maintaining hygiene standards and managing galley logistics

Requirements

Minimum 2 seasons on busy yacht programs

Strong restaurant background

Confident in a variety of global cuisines and dietary accommodations

Motivated and well-organized
