Currently completing a large refit

Crew of 7

Itinerary 2025: Azores, Atlantic Spain & Portugal → Caribbean

Itinerary 2026: Iceland, Greenland, Northwest Passage

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage the interior of the yacht post-refit
• Lead and manage a 2nd Stewardess
• Maintain high standards in service and housekeeping
• Work closely with an energetic and adventure-loving crew
• Deliver a polished guest experience on remote and off-the-beaten-track cruising programs

Requirements

• Proven experience as Chief Stewardess
• Strong leadership and self-motivation
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Female candidate (DTCA)
• Must be located in Europe or the UK
• Valid STCW and ENG1
