Vessel Details 46m modern sailing yacht. Dual season private program with a blend of cruising and regattas, including the Antigua Superyacht Challenge and St Barths Bucket. Operates with a respectful, long-term crew culture supported by experienced yacht owners.

Responsibilities

Lead deck operations and manage Deck Stew and Deck Engineer

Operate independently when required

Participate in regattas and manage in-boom furling, captive winches

Strong watch leadership and deck management

Support ongoing maintenance and sailing performance

Requirements

Yachtmaster Ocean minimum

Experience with in-boom furling and captive winches

Proven watch leadership

OOW and dive qualifications preferred

Commitment to team-oriented yacht culture
