Responsibilities

Oversee daily engine room operations and maintenance

Conduct machinery inspections and troubleshoot issues

Manage technical emergencies and ensure safety compliance

Supervise engineering team and uphold high operational standards

Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations

Requirements

Y3 CoC

Proven experience in a similar role on 50m+ vessels

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Ability to work under pressure

Excellent communication and team management abilities
