Responsibilities

Lead and manage the interior team

Deliver exceptional guest service

Ensure high standards across service, housekeeping, and laundry

Coordinate charter preparations and service delivery

Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of yachting experience

Strong service background is essential

Previous Chief Stew experience on smaller yachts advantageous

Alternatively, 2+ years as 2nd Stew, HOS or Senior Service Stew

Confident leadership and guest-facing skills
