38m Private Sailing Yacht

Mixed cruising and regatta use

Crew of 5

High standards and long-standing program

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain all aspects of the interior

Provide full guest service and liaise closely with the Chef

Assist with regatta management

Occasional support at owners’ properties

Rotate with another experienced Sole Stew

Requirements

Proven longevity on sailing yachts

Valid B1/B2 visa

Experience as Sole Stew on similar-sized sailing vessels

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage interior solo

Itinerary USA and Caribbean
