Responsibilities Support in all service styles especially fine dining plated service table scaping creativity in table settings wine and cocktail knowledge assisting Chief Stew ensuring exceptional guest experience

Requirements Strong longevity excellent references confident in fine dining service creative flair for table setups wine and cocktail knowledge a bonus willing to step up from smaller yacht considered
