Experience on sailing yachts preferred

Responsibilities

Prepare fresh, seasonal cuisine with a focus on vegetables, fish, and meat sourced from local markets

Plan and execute high-quality menus for owners and crew

Manage provisioning and galley operations independently

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley

Requirements

Experience as Sole Chef on yachts, preferably sailing yachts

Strong focus on fresh, locally-sourced produce

Ability to work independently in a small, professional team
