Vessel Details

60m Sailing Yacht – Dual-season program (Med & Caribbean) – Active itinerary with St Barths Bucket planned for 2026 – Fit and sporty crew – Deck team of 3

Responsibilities

Lead the deck team – Oversee maintenance and deck operations – Manage detailing and upkeep of rigging and equipment – Organize projects and contribute to high standards of deck presentation – Participate actively in sailing operations and guest activities

Requirements

1–2 years experience as Bosun or Lead Deckhand on large sailing yachts – Yachtmaster Offshore (Commercial Endorsement) – Strong product knowledge and leadership ability – Experience with sailing regattas and performance yachts

Preferred Skills

Kiteboarding instructor, Dive Instructor, or Divemaster certifications are highly valued – Proactive and fitness-oriented candidates encouraged
