Vessel Details 40m private modern classic sailing yacht with high-performance sailing focus and an active program

Responsibilities Confidently manage deck operations and assist the Captain in navigational and operational duties. Must be confident in watersports and ready to assist guests with sailing, activities, and tender ops

Requirements Yacht Master Ocean (OOW modules started preferred)

3–4 years of experience on 30m+ sailing yachts

Background in sailing (grew up sailing strongly preferred)

Strong knowledge of high-performance sailing yachts

Confident with watersports and guest interaction

Benefits Exciting worldwide itinerary including Mediterranean and Caribbean cruising in 2025, followed by global sailing in 2026
